This roasting pans generally are a great thing to have in a collection. This one is definitely over my personal budget, but yes if I was rolling in money, I would totally love this one. Lodge has a wonderful range on Amazon, as I was researching these skillets and dutch ovens all of them promptly made it to my "wishlist" but depending on the merchant the
