Most Rajasthani women make Roti's this way. This is inspired by my husband's grandmother Nani who would make chapati's by hand but it can be anyone, a sister, a mother a grandmother Indian women in many parts of India have a small space to make their roti's! this is dedicated to all those wonderful women who tirelessly work in the kitchen!
