Recipe
2 TBSP Sesame oil
1 Onion 🧅
4 Garlic pods 🧄
6 spring onions
2 tbsp Tom yum paste
1/4 cabbage sliced
1 large carrot 🥕 julienned
1 small capsicum roughly chopped
Combo Peeler and Julienne Peeler
2 packets of noodles boiled (al dente*)
*Boiling Noodles
Boil water with salt
Once the water is boiling
Add the noodles for 2/3 minutes
Ramen Noodles
1 tsp fish sauce 🐟
(optional for umami)
1 lemon 🍋
(in the end once the fire 🔥 is off)
serve
